QOD — Question of the Day

QOD — Question of the Day is a simple daily question app built to spark better conversations.

What QOD Does Not Collect

QOD is designed to be private and simple. At this time:

  • We do not track your location

  • We do not access your camera or microphone

  • We do not access your contacts

  • We do not serve ads

  • We do not sell data

  • We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs

Data Stored on Your Device

Saved or favorited questions may be stored locally on your device. If account-based sync features are enabled, saved content, preferences, or related app data may also be stored securely in our cloud database so the app can sync your content across devices.

Account Information

QOD may offer account creation or login features so users can access app features, sync saved content, manage preferences, or use future account-based features.If you create an account or sign in, we may collect your email address, authentication information handled by our authentication provider, account identifiers, basic profile information, and app-related account settings.Authentication may be handled by trusted third-party providers such as Supabase, Apple, Google, or similar services.

Optional Question Idea Submissions

In addition to account information if login features are enabled, QOD may collect user-submitted data through the optional Suggest a Question Idea feature.If you choose to submit a question idea, we may collect:

Question submissions are voluntary. You are not required to submit a question idea to use QOD.Submissions may be stored in Supabase, a cloud database service, and reviewed privately by JMNX Labs. We may use submitted question ideas to improve QOD’s question bank, future content, or related products. We will not publicly display your credit name unless you choose to provide it and consent to being credited.

Photo Library / Share Card Feature

If you use QOD’s Share Card feature to save an image to your Photos, the app may request permission to add the generated image to your photo library.QOD does not read your existing photos. The app only saves the image you choose to create or export. No photo library data is sent to JMNX Labs.

SetPlanShoot / SPS

SetPlanShoot, also referred to as SPS, is a web-based shoot planning and lighting diagram tool for photographers. It helps users create room layouts, lighting diagrams, camera settings, gear lists, shoot notes, and exportable setup sheets.

Account Information

SetPlanShoot may require or offer user accounts so users can save and access their projects. If you create an account or sign in, we may collect:

  • Email address

  • Login/authentication information handled through our authentication provider

  • Account identifiers

  • Basic profile or account status information

  • Plan or entitlement information, if applicable

Authentication and user account services may be handled through trusted third-party providers such as Supabase and/or Google sign-in.

Project and Setup Data

To provide SetPlanShoot features, we may store project and setup information you create in the product, including:

  • Canvas objects such as lights, cameras, subjects, backdrops, props, and station zones

  • Camera settings

This data is used to save, load, sync, display, and export your shoot plans.

Local and Cloud Storage

SetPlanShoot may use local browser storage to save data on your device and may use cloud storage/database services to save data to your account when you are signed in.Cloud-saved data may be stored through Supabase or similar infrastructure providers.

Exports and Shared Files

If you export a setup as a PNG, PDF, or other file type, that exported file may contain the project information, notes, labels, gear, or layout details you included in the setup.You are responsible for reviewing exported files before sharing them with clients, assistants, team members, or other third parties.

Future Features

SetPlanShoot may later include additional features such as paid plans, AI-assisted setup suggestions, AI previews, 3D previews, team collaboration, sharing links, or billing/payment features.If these features are added and they change how data is collected or used, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those features become active.

Third-Party Services

JMNX Labs may use trusted third-party services to operate our website, apps, and software products. These may include:

  • Supabase for database, authentication, and cloud storage features

  • Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution
